Sanly Tech is not a system house with a call centre – it is me: Tolga Sanli, an IT specialist based in Düsseldorf, Germany, focused on IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and automation. If you work with me, you talk to the person who actually plans, builds and runs the systems.

My standard is simple: infrastructure should run stably, be secure and be operable without heroics. That takes fewer tools than clean work – clear structures, standards, documentation and automation for everything that repeats.

How I work

   Every environment has grown over time. Before I touch anything, I want to know what depends on what and why it is the way it is.

   Standards over workarounds.

   I rely on proven tools and common conventions – so systems can be understood and run by others, not just by me.

   Documented, not memorised.

   What I build is written down and versioned. Knowledge belongs to the company, not to a single person.

   Security from the start.

   Access rights, updates and backups are part of every build – not something retrofitted later.

Where the standard comes from

I have supported environments where professional secrecy and data protection set the rules and outages are felt immediately. Anyone who works cleanly there works cleanly anywhere – that standard applies to every project, regardless of industry or size.
